Resep Masakan Dendeng Balado Basah

bahan untuk kaldu sapi:

  • 800 gr daging pantat sapi
  • 1 sdt bawang putih, haluskan
  • 1.2 sdt lengkuas haluskan
  • 1/2sdt kunyit haluskan
  • 5 lbr daun salam
  • 7 lbr daun jeruk
  • 2 lbr daun kunyit
  • 15 gr asam jawa
  • garam secukupnya

bahan untuk sambal dendeng basah:

  • 200 gr cabai merah besar, tumbuk kasar
  • 100 gr cabai merah keriting, tumbuk kasar
  • 50 gr bawang merah
  • garam secukupnya

bahan untuk menumis:

  • 1 lbr daun salam
  • 2 lbr daun jeruk
  • 1 siung bawang putih haluskan
  • 1 buah tomat merah
  • 1 btg daun bawang
  • bahan lainnya:
  • air kelapa dari 1 buah kelapa
  • 80 gr gula pasir
