Bahan:

• 1,5 ons Udang ukuran sedang sebanyak 9 pcs
  
• 1 butir telur asin
• 1 butir ayam rebus
• 1 butir telur bitan (10gram)
• 30 ml minyak goreng
• 2 gr vitcin
• 2 gr garam
• 3 gr gula
• 1 gr merica
• 10 gm bawang putih cop
• 50 ml kuah ayam
• 2 ml minyak wijen
• 3 ml arak masak
  

Cara Membuatnya:

• Tumis udang dengan 3 macam telur
• Udang direbus setelah itu ditiriskan lalu di goreng, kemudian tumis dengan bawah putih
• Setelah itu masukkan udang dan 3 macam telur yang sudah direbus
• Kemudian diberi micin, garam, gula, merica dan minyak wijeng dan tepung pengental secukupnya
